This evening is to remember our loved ones who have passed, and to support families and friends.
There will be a brief Power Point and Speaker on "Grief", the Catholic Womens Choir, treats and hot chocolate.
We thank you for the privilege of helping you in some small measure with the care of your loved one at this very sensitive time. We applaud your loving care and comfort, hopefully letting your loved one leave this world with a sense of peace.
Their caring, compassion and humour will be long remembered.
Thank you so much for sitting with my mother during her last few months. It was a great help to me and my family. Thank you for the support after she was gone.
They helped me in so many ways in dealing with all my emotions, with friendships, good and bad. Thank you from my heart.
We wish to thank all those volunteers who came into our home, giving much-needed respite and also for the hospital visits during his many admissions.
Thank you for your kindess during our time of need; your support was greatly appreciated.
To enhance the quality of life and death of persons facing death and bereavement through skilled and compassionate physical, social, emotional and spiritual care.
